GOP passes bill which would allow the Secretary of Homeland Security the authority to waive, and shall waive, all laws he determines necessary to construct barriers and fences

That’s right: The SecDHS can waive environmental, labor and laws but also he can use child labor, engage in breaches of civil rights, or even murder people if he think it would help them construct a barrier fence somewhere (anywhere)
